Terms of Service
By using this web service ("Sharity"), you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
We may update these terms and conditions from time to time, but you can always view the latest version at: http://www.sharitython.com/terms
- Our Software: Sharity is a service developed, provided, and owned by Miriam Technologies, Inc. We are constantly upgrading our software, and even if you pay us to make a change to Sharity for you, the software will still be ours. We're glad to let you keep using it as long as you keep to the terms described here.
- Your Data: The data you gather and store in Sharity is yours. We will not modify your data without your permission. We will not share personal data with anyone else unless required by law.
- No Warranty: Sharity is provided on an as-is, as-available basis without any kind of warranty. We will do our best to keep Sharity up and running at all times, but you may not sue us over anything the software does or does not do.
- SharityThon Billing: The Sharity software module for managing on-air pledge drives (SharityThon) is billed at a rate of $1 per pledge completed using the service. The first day of the first pledge drive is free. We send bills on the 1st of each month whenever a balance is due. All bills are due on receipt.
- Training and Support: We will provide one initial Sharity training session to you by phone and/or email. We think the software is simple enough that you won't need much training or support after that. But if you do, you may sign up for one of our paid support plans. The list of support plans is available at: http://www.miriamtech.com/page/PremiumSupport
- Security: We will make reasonable efforts to keep Sharity safe from attack by viruses, worms, and hackers. But no security system is perfect, and we will not be held liable for any damage caused by a security breach.
- Copyright: All of the web pages (and their component parts) of Sharity are copyright (C) 2009 Miriam Technologies Inc. All rights reserved. You may not duplicate or re-use any portion of these pages without permission.
